Marblehead HS Tiny House For Sale!

OUR TINY HOUSE WILL BE SOLD BY SILENT BID

The Tiny House, designed and built by Marblehead High School students, and generously funded by a grant from the Friends of Marblehead Public Schools is approximately 186 sq ft. Your minimum bid of $20,300 will directly fund next year's tiny house and STEAM program at MHS.

The 1st floor built on a new 18' Tumbleweed trailer. There are two lofts of approximately 45 and 33 sq ft each. The exterior is CVG clapboard with Anderson Silver Line tempered glass windows and a standing seam metal roof. The interior is exposed fir beam, framed and insulated with foam board insulation, waiting your final touches and for you to finish the interior according to your taste. Electrical is 95% roughed in and includes a 240 volt 50 amp RV power center. Loft floors are complete with tongue and groove wood.
